Properties

A long term stabilized phospholipid emulsion with high procoagulant activity. Suitable for use in haemostasis research related to procoagulant and anticoagulant pathways such as in thrombin generation assays with and without activated Protein C.

Package

Available as 0.5 mmol/L in vials of 3 mL.

Package Unit: 10 x 3 mL

Composition

Phospholipid emulsion containing a mixture of highly purified  phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl serine and sphingomyelin.

 

Medium:  0.05 mol/L Tris-HCl, pH 7.6.

Stability

A sealed vial is stable at 2-8°C until the expiry date printed on the label. An opened vial is stable for one month at 2-8°C.

Do not freeze.
