0.5 mol/L Tris.HCl pH 7.3, I = 2.0 with NaCl. 2% BSA included.

PROPERTIES

A liquid stock solution of Tris buffer containing bovine serum albumin (BSA) as bulking agent.

STABILITY

An opened vial is stable for one month at 2-8°C.

APPLICATION

Diluent buffer for plasma samples. Before use, dilute 1 vol of stock solution with 9 vol of sterile water to obtain a buffer working solution. The buffer working solution should be used the same day as prepared.
